Hardware

All our hardware is guaranteed, rebuilt computers are guaranteed between 6 months and ONE year depending on the type of laptop, spare parts are guaranteed for one year if they are installed by our technicians, if the spare part is sold without installation, the guarantee It will be from 6 months to a year depending on the type of spare part, also in each case the particular recommendations will be made that could reduce or increase the warranty periods if they are followed.

Service

The labor and the time invested in the repair are guaranteed, this means that the work will be repeated in the event of failure in any repair, this will occur without any payment by the client. It is very important to clarify that the guarantee only covers labor and not the component to which the repair was made, if for some reason the component does not admit more intervention due to causes unrelated to the repair, the service guarantee expires.
